Modera CRM Implementation, CRM system development and roll‑out for Automotive retail in Baltics (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia).

Key outcomes and benefits:

  • Replaced multiple legacy systems with a unified solution covering the full sales cycle (Lead‑to‑Delivery);
  • Conducted business process re‑engineering;
  • Trained >200 users (including remote training in Latvia during the pandemic);
  • Integrated with ADP Automaster.

Scale: 3 countries, 6 brands, and 12 dealerships (including remote roll‑out in Latvia).

Implementation of Dealer Management System in Baltics, Poland and Finland.

Key outcomes and benefits:

  • Successful roll-out of CDK Automaster solution + Finance backend in SAP in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Finland;
  • Implementation of Incadea solution + Finance backend in SAP for Poland;
  • Highly integrated solution was created for Finland with more than 30 interfaces to external systems (including OEM and governmental portals);
  • Use of PI/PO SAP system for various interfaces with further support of data flows.
